Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY TO AVOID FEES:
Understandably things come up and you may need to cancel. Communication is key to helping my small business and your scheduling needs.
DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEES:
All appointment booking deposits/fees are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE providing insurance for the studio for the time that is being blocked out.
Cancellations/Rescheduling requires a NEW deposit for the new appointment time. Please select your appointment date/time with this in mind. If you’re unsure about an appointment requiring a booking deposit please book a free consultation first.
Rethink Beauty has a 100% cancellation fee for appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours from appointment time. A percentage may be applied to your rescheduled appointment at the discretion of Rethink Beauty.
Day-Of Cancellations/Reschedules are considered No Shows and will be charged FULL PRICE of their scheduled appointment to the card on file.
Appointments 10 minutes late are considered a No-Show and will be charged for the appointment with prepayment required for rebooking.
Clients agree to this blanket charge upon booking their appointment.
